Professor Sinrod received his B.A. in history (Phi Beta Kappa, Comfort Starr Merit Scholarship) from Oberlin College, and his J.D. (cum laude) from University of Michigan Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of Law Reform.  He is a lecturer at Sonoma State University and an adjunct professor at Dominican University.  He also has been a Partner for many years and now Of Counsel to the international law firm, Duane Morris LLP.  He has taught many different courses at the university level, including constitutional law and cybercrime within the CCJS program.  In his legal practice, he has served as the lead trial attorney in some of the largest cases in legal history.  He has practiced law at the highest appellate levels, including the U.S. Supreme Court.  He has also published numerous scholarly articles, and he has posted over 2,000 legal blogs and has broadcast close to 300 podcast over the years.  He is considered a thought leader and has been asked to be a speaker at conferences across the U.S.
